Join us for a Gong Trinity Presentation! Experience the wonderful healing effects of the Gongs, releasing stress and anxiety, and helping to move through patterns of resistance. We will begin with breathwork and Kundalini yoga to prepare for a 31-minute relaxation meditation to the healing sound vibration of the Gongs.
