The Aquarian Sadhana, as it stands on this album, is a Sadhana practice used by the Kundalini Yoga worldwide community. The combination of these mantras works us through our chakras and layers of the mind to help us rise through the amrit vela, and make the ultimate connection with Creator, God and the Gurus.

The goal of this album was to make the mantras powerful, yet intimate enough that while chanting in a group, one could also have an individual experience.
