In this three week series, learn how to maintain and/or repair a healthy nervous system using Kundalini yoga. There will be a bit of anatomy as well.
The nervous system can be likened to the body's electrical system. Like electrical wiring, nerves can become frayed and that valuable nervous energy is either wasted or misdirected in ways that can be harmful.
Since the nervous system directly or indirectly controls most of the other systems in the body, to be at our best a highly functioning nervous system is crucial.
