I'd love for you to join me on December 21 at 6:30 p.m. for a special class. In honor of Winter Solstice, we will do a meditation specially chosen by Yogi Bhajan "to shine the brightness on the Winter season and dispel inner anger and gain a Neutral Self." To make the evening even merrier, I will have my guitar in hand to lead us in live kirtan!
This Solstice celebration is on my regular Wednesday class at Golden Sol, so the price is $18 for the single class, or you may use a class pass.
