Do you love chanting? Kirtan is a simple and powerful way to meditate that is both effortless and joyful. Singing is the heart of kirtan - and we sing ancient chants that connect us to our Divinity!

<3 Light up your inner musician and let's ride the sound waves together. I will lead a beautiful kirtan as I jam out with my guitar, all in celebration of Love-aPalooza, taking place at Golden Sol in Los Feliz on December 3. LOVE-aPalooza is an elevated community gathering full of creative vendors, yummy food, healing practitioners, live art and more! This magical event begins at 3:00pm, with the kirtan starting at 6:15pm.

Glory to the Heavens! Golden Sol is 3!

It's absolutely wild. What a Happy Birthday! Golden Sol turned 3 on October 27th.

Miracles are afoot and afield in our little healing house. We are so deeply grateful for your beauty, kindness, support, creativity, generosity, and commitment! A lot can happen when you love, respect, and up-lift each other.

We have never advertised-- all those dollars have gone to helping those in need-- and by bringing your friends, family, neighbors, and the cute barista you have been flirting with ;) to Golden Sol you have made our gorgeous community a place where people feel safe, honored, and can find their purpose.

There is a profound sense that when the Golden Sol Family of artists, writers, makers, activists, way-showers, lovers, leaders, and cozy householders come together- we move mountains.

We have held over 3,500 yoga and meditation classes, innumerable workshops, and had the best time holding a cozy space for our students and friends!
We will have made 8,000 meals for women in need with your helping hands and hearts.
We have coordinated the drop-off of over 15,000 new and gently used items for the Downtown Women's Center.
